If you ask a regular person what they would have to do in order to experience hallucinations, they would probably point towards various legal and illegal drugs. However, those are not the only substances that can cause hallucinations. Mad Honey – There is a certain plant that contains compounds capable of inducing hallucinations. It just so happens that bees will harvest this plant for honey, and as you can imagine, the end product is a type of honey that can cause hallucinations even if small amounts are ingested.
